Walfisch awarded certificate for quality of service

Hotel and Restaurant Walfisch presented with the certificate for quality of service awarded by the Bavarian Hotel and Restaurant Association (BHR).
 
22 February 2010 saw Katja Hessel (Bavarian State Secretary for Economic Affairs) and BHR president Siegfried Gallus present a total of 42 service enterprises with the certificate for successful implementation of the “ServiceQualität Deutschland in Bayern“ quality management system; among the recipients at the f.re.e leisure trade fair in Munich – Hotel and Restaurant Walfisch!
